How to Change SettsPlus User Permissions

** These changes should be performed by the Licencee**

First you need to find out what version of SettsPlus you need to install, so it matches what is on the server.

       Open SettsPlus -> Click on the "?" (Question mark) on the top right hand corner of SettsPlus, Note down the Build Number(Bottom left corner)

      Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Settlement

      Click on SettlementUser.exe

      Edit Settlements + User

      Select desired User to change permissions, then press Edit User

      The following screen will allow you to edit the user details.

      Click Menu Options(at the left bottom corner) to change user permissions

            Find and change the desired flag to allow the user to perform specific actions

      Click OK and OK to save the details.
How do I add a New User?

** These changes should be performed by the Licencee**

      Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Settlement

      Click on SettlementUser.exe

      Edit Settlements + User

      Click Add User

      Type in the new user details.

      Click Menu Options(at the left bottom corner) to change user permissions

            Find and change the desired flag to allow the user to perform specific actions

      Click OK and OK to save the details.
How do I Edit a New User?

      Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Settlement

      Click on SettlementUser.exe

      Edit Settlements + User

      Modify the user details.

      Click OK and OK to save the details.

OR

      Open SettsPlus

      Navigate to the Details Tab

      Click Edit USer

      Modify the user details.

      Click OK to save the details.
