1.7 - Reports

Reports are set-up for you to customise to provide as much detail and information as possible.

E.g. the New Files Report can be set for a month, three months, annual or any date field you set. Then you may select all, or specific parties like Real Estate Agents, Conveyancer, Development, Rep or Broker.

The File Status Report can also be set for a date range, then File Status, e.g. Unsettled then brings up the option for all files, then you can select either conditional or unconditional files. The waiting for Settlement files are unconditional files that are already booked in the Settlements Book.

The Delay in Settlement Report is used mainly by the larger Settlement Agencies.

The Settlement Date Report covers the proposed or actual settlement dates for a future date span.

The Settlement Fees Report has the File Reference, Reps Name, Conveyancer, Seller and Buyers, the Settlement Fees, Discount %, Disbursements and Enquiry Fees, the GST and the Total of Fees, Disbursements and GST. At the bottom of the screen is the number of Settlements.

The Reps Report gives you the number of contracts, the Settlement Fees and the Agents Commission.

The Sales Commissions Report will give you the number of files and the Commission for different Real Estate Agents.

The Deposit Less Commission Report has the Deposit, Then the Total Commission, then the Balance due to the Real Estate Agent.

The Disbursement Fees Report has a breakdown of Settlement Fees, Searches, postage, phone, etc.

The Archive Yearly Report is used for calculating your Professional Indemnity Insurance cover, it shows the total value of the settlements and the fees for properties that have settled.

The Refer by Sett Report gives a breakdown of where the files have come from, i.e., website, referral by friend, broker, repeat client, etc…

The Managers Report has files by conveyancer, Settled this month, Booked, Conditional, Unconditional Future months, Previous Month, fallen over and new files.

The Total Settlement Report allows you to enter the Start and End $value as well as a start and end date, this will give you the number of Files within the Dollar value and date range that have settled.

The new Buyer/Seller Report can be set with a start and end date, if you have entered the clients After Settlement Address in SettsPlus, the forwarding address will come up in this report. The Report can then be saved to add to your Clients contact list for forwarding promotional information.
